"Good"
Breakfast was perfectly good - fresh fruit, coffee, Spanish omelet taken on the rooftop terrace. The location is good for Stonetown and easily accessible by vehicle for pick up and drop off.(possibly an issue with centrally located B&B) The road is however a little noisy as its at the entrance to the port. Air con in room excellent- beds lovely- bathroom also good. Its a good honest simple place. A 1950s or 60s building Id guess. Not much character less the beds and the rooftop eating area. Easy walk into Stone town centre - minutes.

Hugely convenient location for the ferry and easy to walk to any part of town in 10/15 minutes. Room was big and comfortable with room to spread out. The staff were all attentive and smiling even through some evident context based language issues.

Friendly and happy/helpful staff and management Close to the ferry which is very convenient if you are traveling by boat. Lovely touches in the rooms : beautiful lighting, filter coffee, and gorgeous soaps !! Lovely tasty breakfast! the pineapple and vanilla jam is unbeatable

Very nice and accommodating. Brought me cold and hot water (make own tea or coffee, plentiful tea bags and a glass full of ground coffee to choose from) as I was shown my room. Very firm mattress, which to me is a good thing. Excellent shared (like among the three rooms on the floor) bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink; everything worked perfectly or as expected. The WiFi was solid too. Breakfast is on the roof (dont worry, theres lots of shade up there) and it was great. My room also had a balcony. There was both a ceiling fan and an AC unit in the room. Everything was excellent.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The location is good, and the rooms are breathtaking. The hotel owners warmly welcomed us with a welcome drink and took the time to give us detailed travel tips and insights about Stone Town. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, further enhancing our experience. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very spacious and beautifully decorated with locally made items. Good breakfast on the rooftop. Helpful staff. On the main road (ie. not pedestrianised road) which was useful for taxi drop off/pick up.

The property was so clean and spacious. The staff are beyond helpful and happy. We actually booked a tour through them and they organised towels and some fruit for us. The breakfast was quick and the coffee was exceptional (best in Zanzibar yet) on the rooftop. The hotel is amongst the hustle and bustle however they offered free parking that was really great. For value for money this hotel is great, and the owner was amazing in suggesting places to go/eat and see.

Great value for money. close to all important places and considering Stone Town is small you dont need to be closer. They let us use the shower after check-out and to store the luggage for couple hours. Staff very helpfull and funny:) Very good breakfest.

Very nice staff and good coffee. The place is very well located if you are up to take a ferry which is just 5 minutes far by walk. Even a "bus station" is very close - So it is a good strategic place for one night staying during the transfer wherever.

Big room with big bed, AC, hot water, storage, hotel in comfy Swahili-style, all very neat, friendly helpful staff, close to city-center and 5mins away from the ferry. When we wanted to change the room for a bigger one with bathroom it was no problem and we changed immediately. Plus, the very good breakfast: here you can feel the love for the small things that can make the difference. You will find excellent Espresso, Cappuccino,.. & e.g. ginger tea, home-made pineapple jam, fresh juices.. this place is special.

-Location is perfect for departure with the Ferry, also its very near to everything in Stonetown -Its quiet. Yes there is a mainroad and mosques, but its quiet enough to sleep well -Wifi works good -Hot shower and clean everything -Coffeeshop downstairs
